Employment
The Principal is responsible for staff appointments at Newman College, on behalf of the Marist Brothers, Melbourne Province, Provincial (who is the Governor of the College) and is required to follow the policies of the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia.
Staff at Newman College are bound by the Western Australian Catholic Schools (Enterprise Bargaining) Agreement, 2009.
